A Natural Way to Stop Vomiting

20/03/2018

Many factors can cause nausea and vomiting. Most often, it’s a reflex reaction: for example, after you overeat or drink too much alcohol. It can also be the result of food poisoning, a gastric infection, motion sickness, etc.

Typically, nausea and vomiting disappear within 24 hours. If nausea continues beyond this period of time, you should see a doctor. This is absolutely crucial in young children because they’re at great risk of becoming dehydrated.
In terms of phytotherapy, the first remedy to apply, without a doubt, is herbal tea containing a small amount of ginger. Another method is to put 10 drops of mother tincture in a little water.
If you have motion sickness, drink a beverage containing ginger just prior to departure. Other mild herbal teas that can be consumed include chamomile, lemon balm and peppermint.
