The publication of Dr. Catherine Lambert et al. titeled “Hemophilia carrier’s awareness, diagnosis, and management in emerging countries: a cross-sectional study in Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast)”has been accepted for publication in “Orphanet Journal of Rare Disease”.

Dr. Catherine Lambert is currently working at the hemophilia center of the cliniques Saint-Luc,
Brussels, Belgium, which is part of the hematology division. The centre assures the regular follow-up
of 212 patients with hemophilia and other bleeding disorders. Dr. Catherine Lambert is also heavely
involved in the Twinning Program of the World Federation of Hemophilia (WFH). This vast program
pairs hemophilia patient organizations in developing countries with corresponding organizations in
developed countries. Its aim is to share knowledge, experience, and best practices.
